CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us and we reserve time specifically for your services. We understand schedule changes happen, but request 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We understand that appointments made months in advance can slip off the radar, so we send reminder texts 48 hours and 24 hours in advance. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
“No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Arriving 10 minutes past your appointment time will require rescheduling and incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
We understand it can be difficult to find childcare while you attend appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits bringing children to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Only clients receiving services should be present in the service areas. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
Our salon is not child-proof, and therefore poses a risk for injury from sharp instruments, hot tools, and open chemicals. We are dedicated to providing each of our clients with the highest level of service possible and thank you for your compliance with our child safety policy.
